Are stories private or public?
Stories created in your account are private to that account unless StoryTimeWithYou explicitly adds a separate public publishing feature. Free Stories are curated public stories and are not pulled from private user libraries.
Do you store child names?
If a user types a child name, character name, or family detail into a prompt, it may be stored as part of the story, character, usage, or support record needed to provide the service.
Can I delete stories, characters, images, or uploaded files?
Use the in-product controls where available, or email support@lessonhatch.com for account and data deletion requests. Some operational, billing, security, or legal records may need to be retained.
How does subscription billing work?
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The pricing page shows the current plan options, included page allowance, character creation allowance, and subscription actions available to the signed-in account.
How do I cancel?
Signed-in subscribers can use the pricing page subscription controls. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid period and stops future renewal.
What is your refund approach?
For refund questions, email support@lessonhatch.com with the account email and billing details. Refund eligibility depends on the payment record, subscription state, and applicable law.
What happens to generated images and audio?
Generated images and narration may be stored so stories can be opened again from the account library. They may also be processed by service providers used to create and deliver the product.
What is the parent safety policy?
StoryTimeWithYou is a family tool, not a replacement for adult judgment. Parents and guardians should review generated stories, images, and audio before sharing them with children.
