Data Deletion Instructions

Email support@lessonhatch.com and ask to delete your StoryTimeWithYou account and associated personal data.

Include the email address associated with your account so we can identify the correct account records. Deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.

Deletion requests can include your account, story prompts, generated stories, saved stories, saved characters, generated images, narration, uploaded images, and account-associated usage records.

Where product controls are available, you can also delete individual stories or characters without deleting the whole account.

Some data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting reasons.

We may also retain limited operational records when needed to protect the service or comply with applicable obligations.

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove app access from your Facebook account by going to Facebook -> Settings & privacy -> Settings -> Apps and websites.
