Privacy Policy

When you sign in, StoryTimeWithYou may collect account information such as your name, email address, login provider ID, and basic profile data supplied by your authentication provider.

Story prompts, generated stories, images, audio, saved characters, uploaded images, saved stories, and related usage data may be stored so StoryTimeWithYou can provide the service, preserve your library, and support account features.

If you type a child name, character name, family detail, or other personal detail into a prompt, it may be stored as part of the story, character, image, audio, usage, or support records needed to run the service.

Stories created in your account are private to that account unless StoryTimeWithYou explicitly adds a separate public publishing feature and you choose to use it.

Free Stories are public, curated stories published by StoryTimeWithYou. They are separate from private user libraries.

Generated images and narration may be stored so stories can be reopened, read, and listened to later.

If image upload features are available, uploaded images may be processed by service providers to create saved characters or story assets. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. StoryTimeWithYou does not store full payment card details.

StoryTimeWithYou may store customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan names, billing status, period dates, and related subscription metadata so the service can manage access, quotas, cancellation, and support.

Data may be used to provide, improve, secure, monitor, and support StoryTimeWithYou. This includes account access, story generation, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and responding to support requests.

We do not sell personal information.

You can delete stories and characters using product controls where available, or contact support for account and data deletion help.

Deletion requests can include stories, saved characters, generated images, narration, uploaded images, and account records, subject to records we must retain for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting reasons.
